Below, we’ve listed some of our favorite Santa Fe breweries worth visiting.
- Though there are plenty of small craft breweries to choose from in Santa Fe, the Santa Fe Brewing Company is, without a doubt, a perennial favorite. It’s the oldest among Santa Fe breweries, first getting its start around 30 years ago. It’s the biggest producer of craft beer in New Mexico, and there are two locations, one of which happens to be right next door to our sister Inn, El Farolito Bed and Breakfast in Santa Fe. While sipping a cold pint here, you can also enjoy some of the best food in Santa Fe, as there’s always a food truck onsite!
- If you love sour beers, then Rowley Farmhouse Ales is for you! It’s one of the newer Santa Fe breweries to come to town, but starting in 2021, this exceptional beer-forward destination has been cleaning up in regional beer competitions, including being recognized as the best small brewpub/brewer of the year!
- If you take a ride on the new Santa Fe Train or visit the Santa Fe Railyard, which is walkable from our Santa Fe Bed and Breakfast, then don’t miss Second Street Brewery. It’s a fantastic place to grab lunch while you’re exploring this popular area of town and they have a great selection of beer to choose from.
- You’ll find more than great beer at the Tumbleroot Brewery and Distillery – they also have some really fantastic spirits and cocktails! This is one of our favorite Santa Fe Breweries. It’s located about ten minutes from downtown and often features an array of live music. It’s a great place to unwind in the evening with a delicious craft beer or cocktail.
- For some interesting flavors and a signature smoky note to their beer, head to the Chile Line Brewery. This is one of the few Santa Fe breweries bringing Santa Fe’s signature flavors of red and green chiles into your beer, and they do it exceptionally well!
